Shaunna Adinolfi
Shaunna understands how organizations run — and has spent her career figuring out why the people inside them do what they do.
Shaunna Adinolfi’s professional foundation is rooted in Global Business, with an emphasis in accounting, giving her a strong understanding of data, operations, and the systems that drive organizations. Yet her greatest passion has always been people—understanding what motivates them, why they behave the way they do, and how greater self-awareness can change the way they show up at work and in life.
Her focus is on bringing behavioral data to life in a way that feels personal, practical, and easy to understand. Shaunna helps individuals and teams recognize their strengths, understand differences without judgment, and build greater self-awareness, empathy, and trust. Her ability to combine analytical thinking with genuine human connection helps turn insight into meaningful action and creates learning experiences that people can carry into their everyday interactions.
Having grown up watching her mom, Carol, facilitate, coach, and train, Shaunna brings a fresh perspective to a foundation built on decades of experience. Together, their different styles and strengths demonstrate the very principles they teach: people do not have to think, communicate, or operate the same way to be successful together. Shaunna’s work is grounded in listening, caring, and empowering others to better understand themselves, recognize the value in one another, and confidently lean into the strengths they already possess.
